Immediate safety concerns

If there is smoke, a fuel smell, overheating, failed brakes or steering, stop safely. Do not drive; seek roadside assistance. Call local emergency services if there is immediate danger.

Photos are processed by a third-party AI service and are not shared publicly.

AI vehicle diagnosis

Describe a symptom or upload a clear photo for an initial explanation of a car problem. AI car diagnosis organizes visible clues and questions for a mechanic; it cannot measure fuel pressure or certify that a vehicle is safe. Include the make, model, year and when the problem occurs.

Example: clicking with dim dashboard lights may indicate a battery or connection issue. Describe whether the engine cranks and photograph the terminals without touching damaged cables. Confirm the cause with testing before buying parts.

Towing and roadside recovery

Find nearby tow trucks when a car cannot be driven safely. Explain your exact location, vehicle size, whether it rolls and any collision damage. Ask about availability, destination and the total quoted towing charge. Tow2 finds providers; it does not dispatch trucks or guarantee arrival times.

Example: do not drive an overheating vehicle emitting steam to a repair shop. Stop safely and let the engine cool. Tell the towing provider if it is electric or all-wheel drive so suitable equipment can be arranged.

Mechanics and auto repair shops

Search for mechanics who can test a suspected fault rather than replace parts by guesswork. Bring symptoms, warning lights and recent repair history. Ask whether the shop works on your vehicle and request a diagnostic estimate before authorizing repairs. A Tow2 report is a starting point, not a confirmed workshop diagnosis.

Example: a sinking brake pedal requires urgent professional attention. Arrange recovery instead of driving to the garage. Ask the mechanic to inspect the hydraulic system and explain the findings before approving work.

Tire shops and tire service

Find tire shops for puncture inspection, replacement, balancing or alignment. Share the tire size and explain vibration, pressure loss or visible damage. Repairability depends on the damage location and tire condition; a photo alone cannot settle that decision. Do not work beside moving traffic.

Example: a screw in the tread with repeated pressure loss needs inspection. Sidewall damage or a tire driven while flat may require replacement. Ask the specialist to inspect internally and confirm the replacement specification.

Auto parts stores and fitment

Locate auto parts stores and prepare the VIN, engine, production date and part number. Similar-looking components may have different connectors or specifications. A generic reference photo illustrates a part category; it does not confirm compatibility with your exact vehicle. Ask a supplier to verify fitment before ordering.

Example: before buying an alternator, confirm the original part number, mounting points, connector and required output. Check the return policy. Do not buy a replacement solely because an AI report lists a possible cause.

Car battery service

Find battery service for starting problems, charging checks and replacement advice. A weak start may involve the battery, terminals, starter or charging system. Testing distinguishes these causes. Follow the manufacturer's jump-start procedure; some vehicles use remote connection points or need battery registration after replacement.

Example: a car that starts after a jump but fails again may need battery and charging-system tests. Tell the technician the battery's age and recent symptoms. Never jump-start a swollen, leaking or frozen battery; request professional help.
