Read the signs cautiously
Pressure loss can come from a puncture, valve or wheel problem. A warning light does not identify the cause, and a photograph cannot establish whether internal damage is repairable. Severe sidewall damage or a bulge requires professional assessment rather than a sealant assumption.
Your location matters
Do not change a wheel beside fast-moving traffic or on soft, sloping ground. Never go under a car supported only by a jack. If the safe lifting points, tools or wheel procedure are unclear, call for help.
- Tell the provider the tire size and whether you have a usable spare.
- Mention locking wheel nuts, wheel damage and access restrictions.
- Follow the owner’s manual for temporary-spare or run-flat restrictions.
Choose a suitable replacement
Confirm size, load and speed ratings and vehicle-specific requirements with a tire professional. Some drivetrains need closely matched tires; do not assume one visibly similar tire is suitable.
Search for a nearby tire shop or tow truck and confirm mobile-service availability, repairability and total charges. Tow2 cannot promise a puncture can be repaired or that a replacement is in stock.
