Immediate danger comes first
If there is fire, injury, a strong fuel smell or another immediate threat, contact local emergency services. Move away from traffic and the vehicle if safe, and follow local instructions. Do not remain near smoke or attempt repairs to keep a dangerous vehicle moving.
Choose the appropriate help
A non-start may need battery testing, a damaged tire may need tire service, and a vehicle that cannot be driven safely may need towing. Explain the symptoms and vehicle type to the provider instead of assuming the cheapest-looking option is suitable.
- Use your location only when you choose, or search by city/postal code.
- Call to confirm service coverage, current availability and total charges.
- Tell the provider about traffic exposure, vehicle access and special recovery needs.
Prepare without creating more risk
Keep your phone available, note your location and check whether an insurer, manufacturer or existing membership offers assistance. Do not assume Tow2 pricing includes a roadside call-out.
Google Maps listings are independent and may be outdated. Tow2 cannot confirm response times, reserve a vehicle or guarantee a repair at the roadside. If waiting becomes unsafe, contact the appropriate local authority or emergency service.
