Vehicle assistance

Find a tow truck

If continuing to drive may cause injury or more damage, arrange a tow instead of testing the car on the road. Tow2 helps you find independent towing businesses—not dispatch a truck.

When towing is the safer option

Loss of braking or steering, a fuel leak, severe overheating, a damaged tire or a vehicle that cannot move safely may call for recovery. Stop away from moving traffic if possible. Do not attempt roadside repairs in an exposed traffic lane.

Prepare your call

Give the provider your location, vehicle make/model, whether it rolls or steers, and any parking-garage height or access limits. Tell them if it is electric, all-wheel drive, collision-damaged or has a locked wheel. Follow the manufacturer’s recovery guidance; the operator must choose suitable equipment.

  • Confirm the pickup and destination before agreeing.
  • Ask about call-out fees, distance charges, taxes, storage and payment.
  • Confirm availability directly; a listing does not guarantee an arrival time.

Wait somewhere safer

Use hazard lights when appropriate and follow local roadside guidance. Do not stand between vehicles or behind a car in a traffic lane. If fire, injury or immediate danger is present, contact local emergency services first.

Search by city or use your location, then call the business. Tow2 does not verify each operator’s insurance or service quality, so ask the questions that matter for your situation.
