Help us understand the question
Mention the language you selected, the page you were using and what you expected to happen. For a technical problem, describe the visible message and your browser or device. Include only the vehicle details needed to explain the issue.
Do not email passwords, payment-card details or documents that contain unnecessary personal information. If we need more information, we can explain what would help. We do not advertise an unverified support schedule or guaranteed response time.
A breakdown needs local help
Email is not roadside dispatch. If your vehicle is unsafe, stop in a safe place and call an appropriate local provider. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger, fire or injury.
Use Nearby help to find independent tow trucks or mechanics, then call the business to confirm availability and charges. Tow2 cannot reserve a truck or confirm an arrival time on a provider’s behalf.
Email opens your email app. Do not include payment details, passwords or unnecessary personal information. For an immediate danger, contact local emergency services rather than waiting for an email reply.
