How Tow2 works

Start with what you actually notice: a noise, warning light, leak, starting problem or damaged component. Tow2 helps organize that information into useful next steps.

1. Show or describe the problem

Take a photo, upload up to five JPG, PNG or WebP images, type your observations or use Speak. Keep each photo under 10 MB. Photograph only from a safe position; never reach into a running engine or stand in traffic for a better angle.

Optional make, model, year, fuel type and VIN details help provide context. A VIN lookup can return vehicle details, but does not establish the fitment of a replacement part.

2. Read the report carefully

The report covers observations, likely causes, uncertainty, urgency, safe checks and work for a mechanic. Listen to the summary or ask a follow-up question. A warning to stop takes priority over any suggested check.

3. Choose your next step

Find tow trucks, mechanics, tire shops, battery services or parts stores using your location or a city. Call ahead to check availability and charges. Relevant reference photos may let you compare your own part, but a supplier still needs to verify the part number and fitment.

You can print or share the report. The current draft is stored in your browser session, not a permanent account history; do not rely on it as your only service record.
